What color highlights?

I have extremely dark brown hair (it looks black), and I was just wondering what kind of highlights would look good on me. I'm tan-ish, and have brown eyes. All suggestions are helpful, thanks! :DWhat color highlights?
Golden-brown caramel or reddish-chestnut, or perhaps a mix. It would be better to see a picture of you, and definitely ask your stylist for advice. Is your hair curly or straight? If you have choppy bangs or layers, I'd suggest chunkier highlights, especially if the layers are blunt or razor-cut. I agree that if you have choppy bangs or layers, you should get chunkier highlights, otherwise I would go for subtle (dark) reddish brown or auburn highlights throughout.
