it completely depends on your personality. if you are outgoing and love attention from other people staring, i would suggest you go for either red or purple streaks. alternatively, go for brown streaks. don't go for blonde as it would look completely cheap and plus you would need a very strong paroxide and you might end up with yellow streaks. good luck!!!
It depends what look you are going for. If you want a very natural look, get medium brown highlights.
I know you don't want red, but what about a very, very dark red/brown. That may look good, especially with your eyes.
Also, a very dark blue may look good to... It would give your hair a 'shimmer'. It may else make your eyes 'pop' with the blues.

dint start them too light so i would try a brown or a dark blonde
