ok,so i have a very dark blond. its like light brown/golden with little spots that may be blond. i'm wondering what color highlights i should get. ( I've never got them before)!!

I would actually get low-lights if I were you. Get some honey brown or auburn colored low-lights. I think that would look really pretty.
