WIth dark hair high lights won't go at all. It looks horrible i think.
Try dying your hair blond and getting brown highlights for a dirty-blond color.. I think it would be GORGEOUS on you. =]
I say make ur hair a bit darker , then blonde highlights...
red lowlights would look cute :D
