Brown hair what color highlights ?

I have light brown hair and want to get temporary funky highlights. Should I get purple, pink, or blue. And does anyone have any suggestions for do it yourself highlights that last about 3-6 weeks and wash out? I don't want it permanent. And will they show up? My hair isn't dark, but it's not super light either...right in the middle. And I don't want to bleach any of it. k thanks guys =]Brown hair what color highlights ?

I reckon if you got either a really vibrant blue or a turquoise that would look cool. A mate of mine had brown hair with a really bright blue streak in it, and that looked pretty cool. As for dyes, go see your hairdresser or something, because they might be able to show you stuff you couldn't get in the shops.


You can also get UV hair dyes, too. They glow under blacklight, perfect if you want to go to a party or something. I'm not sure they'll last 3 weeks, but they're pretty good all the same ;)
