Help!!! What would be a good color for highlights if you have...?

dark hair. My hair is dark brown and recently ive been feeling the urge to get highlights. I love dirty blonde hair but dont think it would suit me. Also i have fair skin and hazel eyes. I dont want to look like a skunk! Any suggestions???Help!!! What would be a good color for highlights if you have...?
I'm not the biggest fan of highlights but, you could try red or purple. I think red and other dark colors look good on dark brown hair.





But, I got gold colored highlights before and never got them again. It's just not me! I'm perfectly fine with the way my hair is.

pick a lighter or darker color than your hair....just chose something that is not thesame as your own haircolor
well, i have dark brown too and I got highlights that look blond and brown at the same time. I could only get those b/c i am only 12.

get highlights two shades lighter than your hair..(a lighter brown)
I would think light brown or blondish brownish color.If you go all blond on your highlights it might make your hair pop.Good luck.
if you have dark brown DO NOT GET BLOND HIGH LITES.


personally,i think that looks bad on dark haired girls.


i would suggest a caramel color for dark hared girls.
Use a gel highlighter that will give you red highlights!
