So my mom says i can get highlights but i dont know what color so what do you think?

With dark brown hair and dark skin I would do a Med. or Light brown.
Kinda like Beyonce highlights. You don't want them too light cause then it'll be punk looking (unless you want that) but if you go too dark on them you'll regret it and wish you did lighter. You could put 2 different shades in. Maybe a light brown/drk. blond and an auburn or golden to kinda mix it up.What color highlights?

This may seem weird but I think that you should get black highlights ... it will complete your skin , ethnicity and your hair as well ... it will be simply gorgeous
