It depend if your willing to keep up the redying stages. I personally had highlights since highschool now 28 and and took forever to get my hair back to its natural state but looks like your at that just gotta do it stage and keep it on the down low with caramel colors, and if your funky add some auburn colors with that caramel.

Well I have blonde hair 2 and I have red highlights, 4 your type of blonde a brown or lighter color of blonde would be cute!!!
light brown or kinda blond(but not yellow)try to keep it natural.Or brownish/redish.or if you want it a little different pink would be good
I think carmel colored highlights look good on chocolate colored hair. I just did that myself this week too!
I'm gonna go with Blonde but if you wanna go a bit crazy (hehehe) maybe some violet highlights!
