Do you find fringes and highlights attractive or do you prefer one color and clean forehead?

Clean forehead, and one colour although it generally depends on the person. For example, a person with black hair and tanned skin, wont suit bright blonde highlights, but in my opinion, I prefer one colour rather than highlights.Do you find fringes and highlights attractive or do you prefer one color and clean forehead?
To me it depends on the color. Light brown highlighted with blonde with a small forehead is pretty but if it's highlighted with any unnatural color like blue or purple, it looks a little weird to me.However, to each their own.Do you find fringes and highlights attractive or do you prefer one color and clean forehead?
In general, ONE color!! Highlights look cheap in my opinion.. As for the fringe, l like it a lot, but only if you have big forehead! If it;s small, it better stay clean ;o)
i like highlights n fringe.. i have both.. but it depends on the person too
I like high lights which are only one shade lighter than your normal color, so they don't show except in sun as reflections, as for fringes, this depends on your face look
I think fringes are really cool as long as it is a subtle side fringe and as for the high lites i say GO FOR IT GIRL high lites are so cool except if they are to bright
It is total up to you what you want. I am a hairdresser and i have highlights and a big side fringe. Though also one colour does look heather on others. Go and ask what your hair dresser thinks
on some people it looks very nice on others it don't work.
