Im probally gonna dye my hair medium brown and then get highlights and low lights. I might just get highlights tho. So my question is

well, i dont know what your original hair color is so it depends. medium brown then you you should get like a slightly lighter brown cause you dont want it to be ugly
I would say a nice golden copper. I like your natural color but doing a golden copper looking lowlight and chesnut brown highlights would really make your hair pop.

Agreed, you should be a lot nicer to people, with those teeth..
maybe put in some dark reddish lowlights and dark blond highlights
