What color highlights?

I have dark dark brown hair, almost black and a fair skin tone. I was even thinking about electric blue or purple streaks but im not sure about it. I also liked the colors in this photo:

I've seen a blueish purple that looked awesome in dark hair.What color highlights?
i would go with electric blue. it sounds funky but not too too bright. i think it will go good with ur hair
I actually just got highlights today.. and I have dark hair and light skin.. I got carmel colored highlights and they look Awesome!
I think that you should do what ever YOU want.
