I don't think her hair is the same color in the whole video! it has a bright Purple in a few parts then it seems like more of a darker color! Ok well if you want the 2 bright colors you want to bleach your hair to almost white...that will make the highlights brighter! then put the top color on first to about the middle of the streak!..only use small amounts......then put the second color on the bottom half...take the bottom color and put it in between your fingers make sure it's even, and add it slowly..then starting from bottom up blend it in until you think it looks like how you want it! well I hope that helped :)How can i make multi-color highlights?

i would call them milk chocolate. i have a friend with dark hair and she uses feria colour and it works well.

I would actually get low-lights if I were you. Get some honey brown or auburn colored low-lights. I think that would look really pretty.

If your hair is dark, the color won't really show unless you pre lighten (bleach) your hair. Putting a temporary color all over will give you a subtle purple tone that shows up under direct light. Try beauty supply stores that are open to the public or Hot Topic for temporary color. Do not try bleaching your hair at home! Good Luck!

Try dying your hair blond and getting brown highlights for a dirty-blond color.. I think it would be GORGEOUS on you. =]

you need an all over colour and then the high and/or low lights. Get used to it grey hair is here to stay! grrrrrr!

with your black hair i would go with dark red highlights or maybe like a dark chocolate or even a hazelnut color. dont go with blonde. highlights are suppose to ';highlight'; your face and super drastic highlights can look cheap/trashy. especially black and blonde. i think dark red would be best but then thats my hair color so im slightly biased haha

i wouldnt get highlights, it looks fine without them but if you want to id say dark brown and light brown
